Preparation

The first step in the restoration of your hard surface is to effectively assess the surface in question and determine the best way to restore the surface to the original condition. The solutions selected by our trained operator will depend on the current staining on the surface in terms of other contaminants (in addition to grime) present such as Limescale, food spillages, body fats and soaps, and other more stubborn stains such as coffee, beetroot or red wine, which will often remain intact after normal surface cleaning treatments. It is our experience that many hard surfaces are usually cleaned and then treated with inappropriate products. Many of these products leave waxy residues that only serve to make the surface in question harder to clean and maintain, actually sealing-in dirt, grime and other contaminants. Without exception, these residues need to be removed before effective cleaning and renovation of the surface can begin.
The various unique solutions at our disposal will totally remove these stains and residue build ups when used in conjunction with the CleanCap™ Truck-mounted equipment to leave the surface clean, dry and sterile.

 

What can we clean?

With our state of the art truck-mounted CleanCap™ technology and specialist cleaning solutions we can deep clean all of your floors and vertical surfaces (such as shower cubicles, fireplaces as well as counter tops and bathroom areas) so they are returned to a like new standard and reveal the original colour of your grout. After restoring the surfaces protection can then be applied and a maintenance program implemented so your hard surfaces will always look great. We have successfully cleaned all types of hard surface, on floors and walls, including:

Terracotta /Quarry Tiles / Limestone / Sandstone / Marble/ Terrazzo / Porcelain /Ceramics and all types of grout.
